华磁技术（深圳）有限公司于2020年10月在深圳前海成立，深耕极薄硅钢理论及生产工艺技术研究十余年，拥有多项专利，从事系列极薄无取向、取向硅钢带和6.5%Si硅钢的研发及精密铁芯的生产制造并建成国内首条标准极薄取向硅钢现代化生产线，目前取向、无取向（高硅）极薄硅钢带产量为2500吨/年，产品厚度为0.10mm、0.08mm、0.05mm、0.03mm，宽度为265-285mm的系列极薄硅钢带材，对特殊应用场景，可定制化生产。

公司研发团队与国内硅钢龙头企业宝武集团、首钢集团展开多项紧密合作，共同研发高牌号硅钢基料母材，充分结合独创的冷轧及退火技术，工艺精准控制，建立了完善的产品质量追踪检测系统。 

HUACI Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was founded in October, 2020 and now is located in the Qianhai District of Shenzhen. It has been dedicated to the development and research (R&D) of the ultra-thin silicon steel products including ultra-thin non-oriented silicon steel strips, oriented silicon steel thin strips, 6.5%Si steels, and precise iron cores for over decades, and now it boasts a number of patents and the first modernized and standardized manufacturing facility in China that is specialized in the production of ultra-thin silicon steel. Nowadays, the facility is capable of producing up to 2,500 tons of oriented and non-oriented (high silicon) ultra-thin gauge silicon steel strips with thickness ranging from 0.10mm, 0.08mm, 0.05mm to 0.03mm and width ranging from 265mm to 285mm annually. Besides, the company can provide customized production solutions to different customers based on different applications.

The company is located inside the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area where global high-end manufacturing companies and enterprises thrive. The R&D team has conducted multiple partnerships and collaborations with leading domestic producers of silicon steel in China such as China Baowu Steel Group and Shougang Group by jointly developing basic material of high-grade silicon steel through leveraging innovative technologies like cold-rolling and annealing, combining precision control and monitoring, and establishing the quality tracking and inspection system.
