Company Profile

Our company was founded in 1973 as ”°Teslam Co., Ltd”± in Okayama, Japan. And we established a Hong Kong subsidiary in 2000 and opened Shenzhen factory in August of the same year. In 2013, our company name was changed to ”°Teslam Fine Magnets (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.”±

We are a specialist manufacturer of injection molded magnets and magnetic application components. We mainly manufacture injection-molded magnets, but also design and produce molds for injection-molded magnets, manufacture and sell magnetic materials, and be capable of integral molding and bonding of various magnets (sintered and compressed) with other components.

Our injection-molded magnets are used in a wide range of applications such as automotive, consumer electronics, office automation, and housing equipment etc. While there are many different types in magnets, our injection molded magnets have the following advantages: able to be molded into various complex shapes, can be integrally molded with other parts, have high dimensional accuracy, and have high impact resistance.

We are currently having partnerships with leading companies such as SONY, PANASONIC, NIDEC SANKYO, KYOCERA, KONICA MINOLTA, HITACHI, MITSUBISHI, MINEBEA MITSUMI, and RINNAI for more than 10 years.

1. Ferrite type injection molding magnet

Strontium ferrite is used in magnetic powder. It is good value for the price. It does not rust, and surface treatment is not required.


2. Rare earth injection molding magnet

Rare earth metal, such as neodymium and samarium, is used in the magnetic powder. They are more expensive than ferrite series but have much stronger magnetic properties.


3.  Integrated molding

It is possible to mold magnet together with shafts and pressed parts. The advantages of integrated molding are improved performance and precision and increased work efficiency.


4. Sintered magnets

NdFeB sintered magnets have the advantages of strong magnetic properties and high precision.
