Shenzhen Xinyi  Metrology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2014, focusing on the R & D, production and sales of precision measurement and control equipment in the field of industrial automation, serving the industries of motor manufacturing, semiconductor sealing and testing, metal processing, etc. After years of development, the company has formed a distributed integrated service network with Shenzhen as the R & D center, Zhongshan as the mass manufacturing base and South China, East China and Southeast Asia as the main customer markets.

1. Armature Straightening Machine

It is used for automatic detection and alignment of rotor shaft, motor shaft, worm shaft, step shaft, micro shaft, gear shaft, etc. The automatic detection and intelligent adjustment algorithm for various shaft products independently developed by Xinyi is adopted to realize fast alignment. The precision of measurement is 1 ¦Ì m¡£


2. Shaft Straightening Machine

It is used for automatic detection and alignment of the radial runout (TIR) of precision shafts such as worm shaft, gear shaft, spline shaft, step shaft, flat shaft, hollow shaft, solid shaft and tube. The precision of measurement is 1 ¦Ì m¡£


3. Shaft Inspection Machine

It is used for automatic measurement and detection of dimension, appearance and defect of wiper shaft, worm shaft and automobile shaft parts. The line laser 3D scanning sensor independently developed by Xinyi is used to scan the surface of the product and detect the depth and size related defects such as pits, bulges and bumps.


4.  Commutator Cleaning and Inspection Machine

It is used to automatically remove copper chips or foreign matters in the commutator slot and detect whether copper chips remain in the slot. Brush cleaning, blowing cleaning, vacuum suction and other means are combined to effectively remove the copper residue on the commutator surface and in the groove.
