Yantai LiKai Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 20, 2018, the company is mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of high-end intelligent CNC Multi-wire Cutting machine, providing comprehensive and systematic solutions for the hard and brittle materials, such as Magnetic materials, Sapphire, Crystal and Photovoltaic materials, and is the transformation base of Multi-wire Cutting technology achievements of  Tsinghua University.

At the same time, the company has been working with Tsinghua University, it is also a base for the transformation of Tsinghua University's Multi-wire Cutting technology achievements. Mean-while, it is jointly building "Yantai Tsingke + Robotized Intelligent Equipment Innovation Research Institute", which mainly researches and develops intelligent sorting high-speed parallel robots, full-freedom intelligent mobile robots and movable intelligent processing robots, and reserves a number of industry key technologies.

1. CA400 Multi-wire Saw 

CA400 Multi-wire Saw is a technology that uses the high speed reciprocating motion of diamond wire with diamond particles to produce a cut on the magnetic material in the processing area and then create a thin slice of uniform thickness, which has the advantages of high efficiency, high quality, low processing cost, high control accuracy, green environment protection and easy recycling of magnetic clay.

2. CF680 Multi-wire Saw 

CF680 Multi-wire Saw is mainly used for slicing Crystal, Artificial Gemstones, Monocrystalline Silicon, Ceramics, Glass, Precious Metals, Magnetic Materials and other hard & brittle materials. The equipment has the advantages of high efficiency, high slicing accuracy, stable slicing quality and low cutting cost.

3. CR600S Multi-wire Saw 

CR600S Multi-wire Saw is special for batch processing of magnetic materials into circular arc shape (R shape).

4. DJ50/DJ80 series magnetic chamfering machine

DJ50/DJ80 series magnetic chamfering machine is the automatic equipment to chamfer the edges of the cut and ground magnetic blocks according to the drawing requirements. The whole machine is composed of conveying device, chamfering device, electric control system and other parts.
