Carbon brushes are used in household appliances. Such as vacuum cleaners, juicers, blenders, hair dryers and fitness equipment. Most equipments require the carbon brush to have  a long life and high efficiency under high speed rotation, and it is also required for the smell, so it needs to reach a higher technical level.

There are more than ten kinds of motors in one car. In order for convenience, comfort and safety. The type of auxiliary motors are constantly increasing. The carbon brush used in the motor is required to have  long life and high output power. Some types of machines also require low noise. Today, carbon brush can meet the requirements of RoHS.

Carbon brushes are used in power tools. Such as drills£¬ circular saws£¬ corner mills and pumps. The Carbon brush where used in  power tools  need to meet variety of functions. In harsh conditions with a long life, and it is required the corresponding commutator without damage, low electromagnetic interference, vibration and impact resistance. Some motors are also required to have the function of electromagnetic braking.
