Sintered NdFeB Magnet

Material: It is mainly composed of three elements: metals, neodymium, iron and boron. It is the third generation rare earth permanent magnet with the strongest magnetic properties in the world.

Shape: square, disc, ring, tile, profile

Layer: usually blue and white zinc, color zinc, single layer nickel, double layer nickel, nickel tin, nickel copper nickel, gold plating, epoxy, phosphating, etc.

Grade: N35-N52 (M, H, SH, UH, EH, AH)

Applications: Widely used in permanent magnet motors, servo motors, linear motors, wind turbines, compressor motors, hybrid and electric vehicle motors, automotive EPS motors, vibration motors, voice coil motors, elevator motors, etc.

Bonded NdFeB Magnet

Material: Mixed rare earth magnetic powder and resin, formed by compression.

Shape: square, disc, ring, tile, abnormal shape.

Surface treatment: usually treated with epoxy resin to prevent oxidative corrosion

Applications: wiper motors, stepper motors, cell phone shaker motors, brushless motors, etc.

SmCo Magnet

Samarium cobalt magnet is mainly formed by the metal samarium, cobalt and some other rare earth elements of the permanent magnet.It has a high magnetic energy product, super low temperature coefficient,and the operating temperature can up to 300 ℃.At the same time, it has a strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Therefore, SmCo magnetic steel usually does not need to be electroplated, and is widely used in motors, meters, sensors, engines, radar and for other high-tech fields.
