Ring Magnet of High Speed Rotors

These Ring magnets are mainly used in the Coreless brushless DC motors, which have following features:

1. Have stable and good consistence in magnetic properties.

2. High precision:  All products' dimensional and geometric tolerance are controlled within 0.05mm, some special products are within 0.02mm according to customer's requirement.

3. Good corrosion resistance:  weight lost less than 2mg/cm^2, and surface coating can reach 72H above.

We have rich experience in machining complicated shape magnets:

1. Customize all kinds shape like ArcShoe-shapegroove etc.

2. High Precision and small tolerance.

3. Different kinds of magnetic grade and materials like NdFeB, SmCo, Ferrite etc.

2. We can assemble the magnets with plastic parts or metal parts before or after magnetized like Radiation Ring Halbach Array.

4.  High precision in dimension and good consistence in magnetic properties.
